Farming
Farming can be a type of restoration in itself. Using agricultural methods to reclaim old fields and open spaces has fueled our lifelong interest in growing food. Weed control on a farm depends on careful management of livestock, timely use of irrigation, and opportune cultivation and mowing. All elements of pasture management depend on landowner involvement and long-term management goals.
By integrating our agricultural work, habitat restoration program, and landscape services we offer a hand in sustainable land management to property owners in the Methow Valley and Upper Colombia River Basin.
